With unrivalled growth in the market, you will be working as part of a fun and creative team that will develop product ranges tailored to the customer profile.
Identifying key suppliers, understanding their strengths and capabilities. Using this to negotiate orders, ensuring that you achieve and exceed a balanced target margin, paying the best prices for product without sacrificing the brand positioning and handwriting.
Supporting critical path compliance, ensuring new product ranges are delivered in a timely manner, while improving speed to market, ensuring sales meetings are conducted in line with customer buying schedule.
Being reactive to trading patterns by continuously reviewing performance and actions that could be taken.
Work with sales team to develop the brand strategy, considering predicted trends and category shifts by analysing buys and trading data.
The successful applicant will have a sound knowledge of the fashion market, (UK and International) brand positioning and trends. You will need to have clear communication skills and the assertiveness to become an effective influencer. Strong organisational and task management skills, with the ability to manage and delegate own workload, as well as overseeing the work of others is also a key requirement.
