At DCK we have a new opportunity to join our Billericay based HR team as a Resourcing Partner. This role will provide a proactive and cost effective resourcing and recruitment service to the business to attract the best talent on the market.
This role will lead and own all end to end resourcing activities, driving direct sourcing methods and increasing social media presence. You will work collaboratively with specific recruiting managers to source the best people for their teams.
You’ll use data from recruitment campaigns to adjust resourcing, attraction, assessment and selection strategies to ensure consistency of process, maximise effectiveness and attract top talent.
In addition, you will;
Carry out HR induction on 1st day and collect relevant paperwork
Work with colleges and universities - attend careers fairs to increase external awareness and attract talent to the business
Organise work experience and placements
Increase brand and company awareness via external communication including company website, LinkedIn, and recruitment agencies
What we are looking for?
We’re looking for candidates who have experience in managing end to end resourcing activities.
In addition you will need the following:
Either experience of working as an In-House recruiter (ideally in retail) or as an established recruitment consultant running a permanent desk
Managing high volume and varied roles across Buying, Merchandising and Support function departments. Covering entry level to Director level roles
Excellent interpersonal communications skills across all levels
Previous experience of managing a Resourcing Assistant
Act as a brand ambassador for our business, building strong relationships and creating a positive candidate experience.
Overall you must have a passion for the fashion industry especially jewellery as a whole and be able to build your own networks to positively promote brands.
